Are you physically sick as well?

What other physical symptoms do you have with your anxiety that's significant?

Stomach issues, migraines, pain, chronic fatigue, joint problems?

As I get older, I seem to be getting more and more physical problems. Maybe its the damage of too much stress. Or maybe whatever caused my anxiety was systemically causing damage throughout my body (not just my brain and anxiety).

So what physical pain do you carry along with the emotional pain?

I hate headaches

Yes Yes Yes! All the time. I just NEVER ever feel good, but I don't really know what's wrong with me either. I have a headache almost every day, and I'm so tense everything just hurts for days and days. I also have a lot of eye problems. I always have double vision in my peripheral vision, but sometimes it changes to regular vision too. My bones always ache, and I can't get up and do stuff for very long because it makes me feel like I want to pass out. Even standing up for like 5 minutes is really really hard. I also see all these lines of light in everything, like zig-zags? I just get sick all the time, and my immune system sucks. Boo.

I have gotten all these mris and stuff, but nothing really. I have like a bajillon appointments, and they said it might be likely that I have something that has to do with too much pressure on the brain, or something like that. But I need a test, and all these stupid tests are getting annoying. It all started happening a few years ago. Ugh, I feel sick every single day, I feel horrible right now. I really wish I could just feel good again, even for a day.

Yeah Psychedelicious, I know what you mean!

Its crazy because almost every test shows that I'm healthy, yet I'm like the walking dead most days. I've given up going to doctors because they don't know what to make of it. One doctor thought I had lyme, another some kind of chronic fatigue / fibromyalgia type problem. The pain I feel in a given day is incredible and the symptoms shift like crazy all the time from intense stomach pain, and hacking up phlegm to aching and cracking joints and muscles, incredible tiredness and unbeliveable migraines and now allergy type symptoms of every kind. It seems my body its destroying itself.

I experience a lot of stomach pain, regardless of what I eat. I can also become tired quite easily when I'm out of the house or my comfort zone and lack the energy to really do very much. I recently had an uncomfortable experience of going to visit a friend somewhere and I was tired pretty well the entire weekend and my stomach hurt like crazy. I just don't function well in front of people

Yeah, if my stress level goes up or I go out of my comfort zone, my body just shuts down completely now. It hits me like a brick of tiredness, my stomach rejects food and I end up peeing like crazy :p

feel sorry for you Psychedelicious and it aint good that the rest of you have these problems.
i know exactly what you mean when it comes to social things, before if your positive about it you get up and go but once the real thing hits you you feel tired and as if you can't be bothered right now...and that you will do it later but that is a cycle

i use to feel tired alot, i bet it was because of my underlying depression but i kept thinking it was what i ate and how much sleep i got

Psychedelicious maybe you swallow too many pills? If I took so many as you I´d end up flat on the floor..
