Any good samurai or ninja movies you could recommend?

Hey, I've been really into samurai and ninja stuff lately. I don't know if anyone else here is into it, but if you are could you recommend any good flicks? I don't care if they are black and white or in subtitles. Not really looking for kung-fu movies like the enter the dragon type stuff.

IP man is good.

It has kung-fu, but the story is really good. It is in Chinese, so you will have to read. It is worth it though.

Has no ninja or samurai stuff either.

Yeah, Ip Man definitely is the best martial arts movie, but he said he didn't want any kung fu stuff.
