Anxiety breaks if you withstand it

I've noticed that on several occasions since I finished with my CBT therapy that if I have a strong anxiety attack if I withstand it and stay positive and don't get discouraged I feel extremely at ease or un-anxious for a period of time.

It's really great. It's like a gift of a period of time when I don't have SP. It's really night and day, it's so different. Has anyone else experienced this?

most definitely... i've discovered that if i just push through my anxiety, eventually i won't even notice it anymore, and i'll think to myself "dang.. i feel fine!!"

the fact is, panic attacks simply cannot last forever. you are physically unable to have a panic attack forever.. they all go away, and if you stay positive (like you said) and keep your mind in the right place, they will go away faster and faster...

I haven't had a panic attack in a long time. My anxiety is just tense muscles, very tense muscles. The only cure would be to learn to relax these muscles. I've been practicing about an hour a day. When I'm not practicing, I see no results. I'm not sure if this will work or not, it doesn't look good.
