I've noticed that everytime I come to this section of the forum, it always has at least 7 or so people viewing it. I think a number of people must just browse rather than making an account and actually getting involved. I encourage anyone who views this website to make an account and start posting, we're all in the same boat.

I remember lurking for awhile before actually making an account. It's ok to just view and read the postings. The main objective is that we help inform others and offer potential solutions while being sympathetic to our cause..

Keep in mind that whatever question you ask has probably been asked many times before. I encourage everyone to read the back postings. Sometimes you'll find unique ways to approach your HH offered by past and present members from years, months, days back.

For me and a lot of other people, our HH is caused by social anxiety.
