Yesterday evening, I felt a sensation of coldness spreading over my chest in an instant for no reason at all. It was like I heard shocking bad news. And it's kept going for a while and I tried to ignore it as I was talking to my dad but noway. Then I started to sweat a bit and I felt like it was getting me down and it made me feel so depressed that I can hardly go on talking. I was not stuttering but there was kinda lack of emotion in my tone of voice. After 5-10 minutes that feeling of coldness was disappeared and I felt normal again in half an hour but I'm really afraid of that situation. Have you ever experience any feeling like this? What was that??? ::(:::(:::(:

sounds like a panic attack or anxiety attack, they come in all shapes and sizes, see a GP about it

I have experienced the lack of emotion at my voice tone too. Something like... the voice has a will of its own and doesn't want to come out so it fades away. kind of. I experienced it at school most often when having to speak infront of the entire class.
And sometimes I even get it when talking to people that i really don't want to. I don't know what it is though. Maybe in that discussion you had you were feeling annoyed or maybe you had some thoughts that made you anxious.
It does sound like a anxiety attack, like Remmus said, our bodies are preety much connected to our souls. When the one hurts, the other will follow to show his compassion. :) Try to have activities that make you feel free and relaxed
