I was gonna say, dont start full out. Have a goal of where u want to be with cardio, food, etc. ease into. YES. I did. Cardio yesterday, gym today, some meditation (ugh hard to focus) and diet. And went outside. Not as much today as I'd have liked.
Sure did. Not as intensely as I was planning, did the rawfood and cardio at the gym for 25 min. It's probably better to veer away from all-or-nothing-ness anyways. Are you also in the little health-tune-up thing we have going here? How'd today go?
