  • Yeah i do, but its got much better. I used to have them when i went on any type of transport or inside anywhere that wasnt my house and id have to leave within a minute. Was dreadful, but in april i just felt like i wanted to get over it so i began thinking positive when going out and not letting it get to me i still have them and i still cant go out the house by myself but with people im fine.
