Thanks for your advice. I used to eat lot of yoghurt and buttermilk, but felt it makes the acidity worse because it´s sour. Milk is somewhat better but best is no milk I guess. As for fruit, I´m eating only what you said - melons, bananas and any fruit which is not sour. I don´t eat citrus fruit anymore and am carefull with berries or apples etc. You´re talking about cooling the body, but I think I am cool enough, ha ha, I would rather need to warm it up.
