    Not right now - it's 4:40am and I have to go to work very shortly. I've got band rehearsal later today that I'm kind of dreading, but it has to be done.

    I know how I'm feeling is ludicrous because I have made progress (weight loss in particular), so I think there's some imbalance in my brain. It could also be a lack of sleep or being over-worked.

    Anyway, thanks for listening. You're a sweetheart.

    Living at home is probably the main thing. I want to move out but I can't financially right now. Oh, yeah, finances. I don't earn heaps and I waste a lot of money. I'm still plagued with bad thoughts, negative emotions, and depressive cycles, despite my therapy. It's a long road that I feel has no end.

    yaar me samaj kar sakta hoon ..to kya tum aaj ghar ja rahi ho kya ..lekin agar tum nahi ja payi tab bhi tumhare gharwalon ke thoughts me tum jaroor hogi issliye tum waha present nahi ho tab bhi tume sab yaad kar rahe hoge aur tumhe jaroor isse thoda positive energy milega...hope ki sab kuch acha ho.

    hey yaar....tum bilkul bhi complaicant nahi ho....muje pata he ki tume apne roommate ke sath adjust karne me prob ho rahi hogi isslye tum aise bol rahi ho...yaar jitne ho sake utna try karo qki tum kar sakti ho bas thoda sa aur time do aur agar woh tumse bilkul adjust nahi kar rahi ho tho its better ki tum uske baato me jada interfere mat karo.. bas casual bate karo aur apne upar jada concentrate karo .

    I'm sorry it wasn't that wonderful. If you were here we would've went to a nice restaurant and perhaps to the movies. Maybe you can have a belated celebration soon.
