Maybe you should give it a try, first you need to overcome your fears!
I'm doing quite fine not feeling bad nor good but I'm quite lazy or weak to do anything but I should study a lot, so no difference than 2 weeks before :\ And when the exams are over I'll have 2 more exams, a red cross exam (first aid practicing) and then a driving theory test in july. If all goes well I'll start CBT in summer and practice what I learned on people I'll meet at work or at sport lessons... So basically I'm getting to know brand new people in brand new situations. So these are my plans.
