As tempting as those are Im gonna have to turn them down :LOL:

I actually dont know what im going to get yet ;) Before you ask no Im not getting a tattoo for the sake of getting a tattoo or going in empty handed :LOL:. I have 4 prospective designs that I want done, Im not sure which of them I will get done tomorrow though. One of them may never work as a tattoo at all (it wouldnt age well) so Im going to talk to the artist tomorrow to see what he can do with the general shape and concept but it may never happen, if it does its my first preference
GabeSoundwave.png Its the soundwave of my best friend (the one who died) saying I love you. It would blur and become just a blob over time so it wont work as it is, but theres possibilities for alternate designs

Otherwise theres 3 other designs im considering, or I have a couple tatts from when I was 18 that need fixing (I let my dad convince me in getting my tattoos from a backyard tattooist and they are sloppy as all hell. He was buying them for me for my birthday and he was getting one too so I thought I could trust his judgement and got all 3 done in the one go.. all three need to be fixed :rolleyes:) Thankfully my other three tatts were done well so not all of mine look shit :LOL:

Wow Loyal.... thats just.. that really pulls at the heart strings damnit!... its an awesome idea for a tatt. I hope you can work it out..

Ahh yes, the old backyard scratcher.. notorious in his craft.. has maimed and defiled many in his time.. I'm just lucky I have a relative in the tattooing business that looked after me when I got mine. 15 years after I got my last one, they're still looking great.

There's something about the lyrics "just take your place in the drivers seat" that does something to me... It really makes me feel like something is about to happen. Something dangerous and exciting. And my role is to make sure we get to where we are going.

Yeah I got really lucky to actually get a voice recording of her saying it, I used to have one of those voice recorders that could record one tiny clip and speed it up or slow it down, and I used to annoy people with it all the time (usually her haha) and I got her saying it and didnt realize I still had it until quite some time after she died. I ended up making several copies of it just in case then gave the original device to her daughter to keep coz I had the copies and that was already so much to me that I knew the original would be a great comfort to her.

I see this.. I see this place.. and I feel as though I'm there. I grew up along the foreshore. Hell I'm Australian, who hasn't?...
I watch this with great peace and contentment..

I feel as though I've chosen this Island, sailing away from society. I've come to the land untouched by humans.. it is peaceful.. welcoming.. I feel at one with her.
She will provide for me and I will tend to her.. look after her. Though she does not need looking after, what is the worth of a painting if no one is to admire it?
So I feel I am her admirer.. truly blessed to be in her presence..after reaping her plentiful bounty from her ocean, I have fed and now sit with a full belly upon her shore.. and she allows me to watch as the sun sets upon her shore.. she is beautiful.
