Since i drove the Chevelle to work i forgot my sunglasses in the truck at home so i stopped and bought a new pair to keep in the car only to find out they are driving glasses instead. I like them quite a bit so far. $10 Well spent i'd say.

Another day in my life is underway and its a beautiful day outside. Too nice of a day to be spent in this windowless freak room.

This reminded me of a car commercial I saw one day:

Guy in car rocking out commercial - YouTube

Yes, I know its a Rush song and the man is playing air drums rather than the air guitar, but I still thought it was relevant. I sometimes lip sync to some songs that they play in the grocery store. I think its normal for people to be moved by music so much that they want to join in, or at least pretend to join in, the song :giggle:.

ROFL! YEAH :) that's pretty much me. I do that a lot driving. Especially to old rock like that. Love me some air guitar/ lip sync concert behind the wheel. Its cool though. The village idiot has all the fun! :)

Yeah lip syncing and playing air instruments is always fun to me. I have trouble getting up and performing by myself in front of people (even though I was in choir for a long time, so I guess I'm better at performing when I'm mixed in with a large group), so its fun to "fake" perform for an imaginary audience :). I get very deep into it when I do it. A lot of the time I add in some hair flipping and head banging. I go all out lol.

Head banging rocks. Well ... in the 90s. I once did karaoke but i was in a bar and i had had a lot to drink. I wouldn't do it now though ha ha ha. You sound like you'd be fun to be around :)

I'd love to do karaoke one day, if I ever get the nerve to do it. Hmm, maybe you could try telling my family that I'm a fun person :giggle:. They always call me boring because I don't get out much. They say I am an "old lady trapped inside of an eighteen year old's body".

Okay, I'll be on vocals. Let me go get my hairbrush haha. My hairbrush is usually my fake microphone when I lip sync in the house. Or my television remote.

Saturday i mowed the grass and got under the house to fix a squeaky spot in the floor. I thought it was fixed months ago but it came loose. The house was built in the 70's, so the floor shouldnt have spots like that yet but it does for some reason. As soon as i got out of the shower the wifes friends were there in the living room. So i made an attempt to visit with them but it didn't last long. The sun was coming in the window and blinding me so i shut the curtains and set back down. Apparently it upset the wife and she opened them back up. Not one that likes being blinded by the sun and i was still trying to be social i put my sunglasses on and kept socializing. The wife immediately said "take those silly glasses off. No one can see your face." Well that pissed me off so i went to the bedroom and ditched the Ralph Lauren pants and button up shirt for Levi's jeans and t shirt and hiking boots. I went outside and fired up the Chevelle and went to my uncle's house and we had an enjoyable evening shooting guns. The older kids wanted to go with me so i took them. When we got home she was good and mad and i told her not to treat me like that especially in front of other people. I think she realized she done wrong. But i had fun with the kids.
