overindulgence.

All through my teens and twenties, I could eat whatever I wanted and not put on weight. I think at times I showed it off by eating a lot, and it irked my boyfriend no end sin ce he had to spend all of his time at the gym. He said I worried it off. But time and medication has seen to that.

MacDonalds is one of those things that I'll occasionally get cravings for but will make me feel toxic if I actually eat. And my tastes have changed to the point where I find eating say too much fat really unpleasant.

Chocolate raises serotonin levels (and lowers your blood pressure). But too much of it will give me a migraine. All things in moderation. Including moderation.

Cookies and chocolate are my weakness. In the summer I would eat whole packs of Oreo cookies in one sitting. So, the new rule is no Oreo cookies allowed in the house. Chocolate always finds its way around though, so I will get a couple pieces and then try to make someone eat the rest or hide it from me :p

My problem is that I load up the cookies in a big glass of milk, so it seems like I'm not eating that many! ::p:

Sweets are definitely my biggest downfall. I can do without chips and savory-type snacks, but I must have my sugar fix!!!

I've never been able to eat a lot of food but I'm the classical "my eyes are bigger than my stomach" so I know the feeling of over indulging and feeling icky from eating too much.
