me too. but it changes..

i can develop an allergy to one food.. quit it for a while, then a month later, the intolerance is gone.. (wheat and dairy also)

i tried vegetarianism too for a while but decided tofu is bad (atleast for me) as one of my primary protein sources.

its a booger to eat out for me, used to be.. now its easier. when i started vegetarianism, i felt it had benefits.. after 2 years, i felt, what benefits? its such a drag, both health wise and convenience wise. now i am enjoying mostly eggs, lean white meat, occasional tofu and feeling stronger.

i think its nice and beneficial to switch things up a bit sometimes and not fall into the trap of being too black and white too long. i.e. allergies often develop from overconsumption of a certain food for too long. switching things up could be like reinstalling windows or something.. well im not an expert in this, but this is just my story :)

^ Are you allergic to veggies? Or maybe I'm misunderstanding? Anyway, I'm allergic to wheat and dairy, along with a number of other things. And yes, eating out is a pain in the a** >.< I don't even bother... Half that stuff is bad for you anyway. :p

More like..... ALL that stuff. Or at least 95% of it. That's good you don't eat out much. I try not to. I live with my grandparents though, and my grandfather eats out ALL THE TIME. So it makes it hard. But I try.

^ Lol, yes, like 95%!

Maybe you can try to teach your grandpa some healthy eating habits? Not all healthy food tastes bad. Actually, once you go to eating healthy food and keep on that, the taste of junk food actually doesn't taste good. At least that's how it is for me.

Oh, I completely agree. I crave healthy foods most of the time. Only around "that time" of the month I crave junk food. I hate eating it otherwise, makes me feel gross. I LOVE healthy food. Nuts, fruits, veggies, whole grains.... so delicious.

^ Yep. I eat healthy foods all the time too (Mostly because I have to ). I actually had junk food today for the first time in a while... And I feel like crud :p

I am also a vegetarian, but i don't usually worry about whether there will be any veggie food as there is usually something I like on the menu. I am a picky veggie though so if there is nothing I like i'm a bit screwed :p I however worry more about the situation and the position of the table etc.
