Do you think you can relive the past?

You can never relive the past, and why would you want to. Every experience should have made you a wiser and better person, even if you are not happy right now. For the first three years of my SP, I tried everything I could think of to recapture the past, which made me feel much worse. I soon realized that I was stunting myself severely, I'm now happy to enjoy the memory of the past for what it was, but look to establishing a brighter future by the actions of the present.

My past was NOT good at all, but sometimes I wish I could go back with the knowledge I have now, and use that to make my past better than it was. I used to think, "If I could only go back and show them the real me". It used to cause me a lot of pain. ::(:

I have been through some very traumatic experiences with my grandparents passing away and the repossession of my house since I graduated high school two years ago. My SA is 10 times better than it was when I was in middle and high school. But with what happened after that cause a deep pain within me. The only person I was close to was my grandmother. I feel a bit lonely now.

What I realized is that if I hadn't experienced those things in school and with my grandparents passing away, I wouldn't be the strong survior that I am today. I have so much inner strength within me. A lot of people ask me how I made it through my life because of what i've been through. I would not have this amazing strength if I did go through those things and I am thankful for it. Many people who had it easy and were popular in high school, had two parents, had a stable home, supportive family members will NEVER possess the amazing thing that I have within me. NEVER.

I wouldn't change anything. I am at peace with what I went through because it made me who I am today. :D

Oh yeah, that's easy to say when you've established prospects and are happy with yourself.
Most of us are stuck down here by ourselves.
Well, I am anyway.

Reliving the past would inevitably lead me to re-live the present. I would like to change my past, not relive it. If you fail a test you do not say you would study the same way if given the chance, would you?

I wish I could re-live the past, but I wouldn't want anything to change.
I want to live in the Labyrinth years forever.

I suppose it's one out of many realistic approach towards life if there are no other way.
The past is gone. I would like to go back then in a heartbeat.

Maybe I word things wrongly. I meant your past sa free self.

Well, certainly if one method is proven wrong, then I'd certainly refrain from using it, since it would just lead to the same result.

But if that method used to be right in the past then I don't see the reason why it shouldn't work again in the present.

As far as I know we haven't figured out time travel yet.

But that doesn't stop me from reliving the past every time I see a pretty face. So well, in fact, that I save those pretty faces from the chore of rejecting me. And as much as I'd like to say that I'm working on it, I don't get out enough to meet any women, let alone work on my fear of rejection by them.

The only place possible for me to relive the past is in my memory. I prefer to be finicky when it comes to my history.
Now if I were to somehow magically be able to relive the past all over again, I would begin with stocks and bonds.
