can SA cause hallucinations like hearing or seeing things no really exist ?

Disregard my previous comment. Anyways, I don't think that SA can actually cause hallucinations, that seems somewhat abnormal. Perhaps, you have something worse, you should get that checked out. Maybe you're schizo.

Rational explanations, grounded in fact and applied science – don’t leap to conclusions. And yes, I mean seek a doctor. He/she should shed more light on what's going on.

To add on what Banvard said and add some of my opinion, I think you need to see a psychiatrist. This sounds like a mental problem to me and you need to get it checked out. The only person i know that used to think he saw spirits or had hallucinations or whatever has done a bunch of LSD and other hallucinogens and he talked to a psychiatrist and has since then come to grips with these "vibes" as he described them to be.
