Your SA goals to achieve

Hello fellas :perfect: I thought it would be nice to share what's on our mind. What social anxiety phobias, what issues do we plan to beat? And more, what have we achieved already (woohoo!)

I'll start with mine

My positive changes from childhood.
  • I now accept my introverted personality and enjoy pluses it gives me.
  • I enjoy conversations online and in real life.
  • I am more open to those who are open to me too.
  • I have cured most of my acne (a lot of acne).
  • I give better presentations.

Things yet to achieve.
  • Fear of looking into people eyes (except close friends and family)
  • In search of love relationship
  • Still have a hard time introducing myself
  • Shyness, red face in presentations

Fears I've conquered
  • Making phone calls, sending messages, or using voice chat online.
  • Meeting new friends or talking to people in new social situations where I don't know anyone.
  • Working on a team where I have to coordinate and get along with others.
  • Family gatherings full of people with seemingly much better lives.
  • Dressing up in clothes that aren't baggy to make me invisible.

Still working on:
  • Interviews, talking to employers, and trying to sell myself in a professional environment.
  • Trying new things and being judged for the learning process, or having people watch me work.
  • Traveling and getting lost in a new place where I don't know anyone or know my way around.
  • Keeping up the happy, sociable mask when I have to be around others all day.
  • Working with and managing other people's animals or kids, and not worrying about disasters when they're under my care.
