I'm feeling so hyper and so many ideas in my head, my head feels like it's going to explode. Can't stop fidgeting and shouting words and phrases that are in my head. I'm trying to calm myself down. (I rarely drink coffee.)

Not as exciting, when at 1AM you have an impulse of walking out of the door and walking for miles to central London, thinking I can actually do it. When I know full well that It would be impossible for me, as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.

I mostly drink Espresso coffee in the mornings & Tea in the afternoon if I'm around:perfect:
