Has your SA been better from the treatment methods/principles you listed?
I don't see how traveling would do much to SA, please explain more because i want to understand this, you might be right.
For instance, lets say there is a person who's been in same environment but CONSISTENTLY experiments with studying and implementing treatments methods. While the person travels around, but doesn't try doesn't really studies and implements treatment methods.
