Do you two live far away? She may feel your time might be divided if you are.

In any case, that doesn't seem really fair on you. Maybe talk to her about what you're feeling and see if the two of you can work it out and come to a compromise.

Whether she's cheating on you is merely speculation at the moment, but I do agree that her saying she doesn't want to chat to you while you're in college is uncalled for.
