I am a sensitive person.
Sensitive people are like sponges. Surrounded by good things, they feel good. Surrounded by bad things, they feel bad.

I don't want to feel bad.
There's enough in the world to feel bad about if I think about starvation, natural disasters, abuse, war, drought, etc. and I am and will always be permanently affected by them.
As for my free time, I prefer to try and not surround myself with negativity-- to try and balance it out with some small amount of positive.

I feel the same way and couldn't have said it better:)

I'm also sensitive and absorb negativity, so it helps to focus on positive stuff.
Easier said than done though.
