Where to start?

Went to the doctors a couple of monts back for having "sweaty hands" alot - at the time I thought nothing of it but after a bit of research recently I've discovered the the joyful subject of "Hyperhidrosis".

I used some roll on thing they gave me for a couple of nights but diddn't notice anything so stopped using it. Should I have given it more of a chance? How long does it normally take to give effect?

I have found antiperspirant is not very effective for treating HH on the palms. You could try it for a while if you have mild HH, but if it doesn't work, try some of the other options such as iontophoresis or oral medications.
