Feeling pretty shitty the past week or so.
Not really sure why. Work is going well but I feel so... unsettled about life in general.

When I see an advert on Tv, where people are being social, loving the company of others, it fill me with sadness.. because I know I'll never have those things.

The depression kicked in so instead of email somebody saying how bad it was i googled depression coping skills and read the suggested lists. 10 minutes later feeling much better.
