When a girl flips on you.

Was this an electronic white knight, or did this happen in real life?

In either case, unless you were knowingly causing her distress, this kind of behavior ("why, I'll just summon 'tough guy' to take care of it!") is wildly immature, and shows you that the woman you were talking to is not ready to be in *any* relationship.

I suppose both? It was in college and she gave the guy my phone number and he called me telling me to back off. I was so angry I asked him if he wanted to meet and settle this in person but he refused. Anyways my mistake was pretending I was a friend when I really wanted more. Which I suspect might have happened to the OP if this is the same woman he asked to sext with. It seems like a lot of young women dont take kindly to acting platonic for months only to suddenly show sexual attraction out of the blue, but that seems to be a trend with shy/anxious guys.

How else is it done, then? Within the first few days of knowing a girl, that's when you make your advance? I mean, none of this really makes any sense. I've known just as many situations where intimacy occurred after months/years of knowing someone, than it does within a short time.

In any case, I still believe you did no wrong and that was an immature response by her. So long as no abuse occurred, people need to settle their differences on their own--it is called being assertive.

has this ever happened to anyone?...like when you've been talking to a girl for a long period of time (months of even over a year) and then she finally decides she doesnt want to talk to you anymore for whatever reason and then just starts being really b!tchy.....all of a sudden everything you say is seen in the worst possible light....after a whole YEAR her demeanor toward you just changes at the drop of a hat....guys dont generally do this to eachother because there's an understanding amoung guys that you can only be so much of an ******* before it escalates to "fighting words"....but GIRLS on the other hand, can talk shit to a guy and then tell him to basically take a hike and there's really not a whole lot he can do about it..

Well, I am a guy and feel that another guy, whom I live with actually, has changed in this way. But it's more actions than words.
