What's with the new look for SPW?

How come the 'Last Messages' part shrunk? And the forum names at the bottom?

I prefer it the old way, because I only view the last messages.

yeah i like what worrydoll said. maybe if we had the old recent post length back withthe forum guide at the bottom?
