What's this supervisors problem!?

There's one particular supervisor in my workplace who i am convinced has a grudge against me....For no reason. I've done nothing to this guy but i've noticed that him smirking at me from the distance. He spends most of the day surfing the internet, yet if i spend 5 minutes talking to someone he'll be on my back, and it's not as if the work is busy so i don't think a few minutes chatting to my workmates here and there won't do any harm.

Anyway the worst thing is the strange looks he gives me, it's as if he is trying to intimidate me. One time we had to go somewhere in a van and he was driving, and he looked at me with a weird grin on his face...As if he was trying to make me feel intimidated of him, but why? I do my best to be friendly with everyone and i've done nothing wrong.

Does anyone else have bad spervisors/managers in their work place?

He sounds like an idiot, ignore him.

Been a long time working for myself but long time ago I had a miserable supevisor. She treated me like dirt until one day I walked in to the stock room and found her sucking faces with an 18 year old..she was in her 40's. After that she suddenly started being very nice to me :D

I was walking in the street today and a guy (maybe 16) passes through me and starts to laugh in a silly tone looking to me.

I was with glasses and a black coat, I even asked the person walking with me if there was something funny in me. And there was absolutely nothing, many people was dressing the same and my body was totally covered and I'm not fat or a dwarf...

Even I, the most negative person on the world, understood that he was being a jerk just for being a jerk. So I've remembered of the post about rejection here, and I was feeling fine for being rejected by a jerk.
