I would just like to know what natural treatments others have found to be successful when treating anxiety and panic disorder? Any input in this regard will be most appreciated.

Exercise.
It makes you feel more relaxed and focused, it'll make you feel better about yourself and help you create a more positive energy which also helps with panic attacks.

Thanks for the reply Damaged, do you go for a brisk walk when you feel the anxiety setting in or do you do just your daily exercise?
