What is your job ?

That's cool you want to volunteer :) Do you have a particular cause you'd like to work for?

One of my jobs is paid but the other is voluntary, and I do all the work from home, so I don't often need to be around people unless I'm at a meeting. It's an admin role. You could see if you could find something like that? It's not as exciting as practical work, but it's still working towards a good cause and I do a wide range of duties, including some which are really fun like writing up about projects etc. It's all good work experience and helped me get my paid job with the other charity.

Charities have such limited funds that they can't afford to pay too many staff, so they're often really appreciative of anyone that can help them out on a voluntary basis. I found my voluntary role by e-mailing all the local charities to see if they needed any assistance. You should give it a go :)

Well, I've always wanted to volunteer for charities. I specifically would like to help with animals, environmental clean up, and homeless/disabled. And I've also dabbled on working with children. I tend to be a LOT less nervous around them, and have a soft spot for little ones. But I've always just kind of not went for it because I am afraid I will be far too nervous, or have to get some sort of position with way too many people to talk to.

I work in a company assisting our customers on their travel arrangements when they need to visit our overseas offices. Sounds simple enough but its a logistics nightmare.

I used to be a bouncer but I quit that because of my SA. Enforcing rules would make me panic nearly every time I had to do it.

My goal is to become a musician (songwriting) but the SA makes that one pretty tough.

was a retail security guard for almost two years. I quit because i was kicked out of the stoee i was posted in due to poor work performance. Sa an security work does not mix::(:
