What are some of your coping strategies while you are in public? What are the things that keep you going so that you don't panic while in public?
Mine are all bad habits I can't seem to break:
- repellant eye contact
- ignore people unless they speak directly to me
- turn myself off, zone out
I know they don't sound like coping strategies but these are the things I have to do to maintain composure in public. This is the best I can do.
