Water

I sweat profusely (scalp/neck/face) under just about any conditions unless I'm facing directly into a fan. I worry about becoming dehydrated so I drink a lot of water but am concerned about how much is to much. Does the amount of water you drink relate to how much you sweat? Is it possible to sweat it all out and then maintain a dryer level with only sips of water. I know water in the body is very important so I'm afraid to experiment very much.

Great question. I drink as much as I can knowing that I loose a lot to sweating. Whatever seems to have worked for you before just continue. I think those of us with HH require more water then the so called normal sweating people.

Well I guess that's my confusion since obviously something isn't working. I know I'm alive but the "abnormal" sweat makes me wonder. I don't force myself to drink a lot of water but perhaps I have an "abnormal" craving for water that ties in with all the other reasons that I sweat. I didn't even know this condition had a name until a week or so ago. Misery loves company I guess but it seems like most folks here are just in the process of trying everything. Hopefully there are many who are finding the answers that work for them.
