My schedule this past month has been good. I take all online classes except 1 where noone talks to eachother really cuz it's a lecture class (awesome) :p Anyway i just went out the other day and realized how bad my communicating skills have gotten. I think worse :( I went to pick up a book and started shaking and my voice was low like a kid and i'm 22 lol. I dropped the classes that required presentations because i think i lost my voice for i'm so used to typing now. I guess this is a lesson to not avoid absolutely everything because i think i took many steps backwords. :( Yeah so try to not avoid everything like me because when i do have to do something now it's just that more disasterous. I have to go to work tomorrow and it's not gonna be fun. Something i learned is to sing really loudly in the car before going to public to warm up your voice.

The end of the post.

I take online classes too and I actually felt more confident, louder, and outspoken. Before, I used to take on campus courses and it was horrible with all the bullying. I felt so unconfident, depressed, ashamed, weak, and terrible in general. I thought I was truly stupid. Almost everyday, I force myself to go to class and can't wait until it's over. I was so nervous that I didn't pay much attention to what the teacher was saying. I used to walk with my head down. But after transfering schools and taking online classes, things have never been better. I walk straighter, speak louder, have more confidence, got healthier (lost some pounds), and learn more. I also have spare time to volunteer for an organization.
