Anything packed with veggies, really~
I often find myself switching to vegetarian menus because red meat makes me feel sick more often than not-- although I'm strongly urged to eat it for health reasons.

I make vegetarian curry, chili and veg. lo mein at least 2 times a month.
All made from scratch.

Love vegan milk substitutes, especially Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk and Very Vanilla Soy Milk by the same brand.

Vegan ice cream substitutes are good too. I usually eat coconut milk ice cream. So good!

Tofu is amazing. ::p: At least I think so. I don't really know why I love it so much, but I do.

Larabars are probably the best vegan raw food bars I've ever had. They're really rich though, since they're made with dates. This has to be my favorite flavor so far:

I'll keep it there for now, before I get too carried away. ::p:

I am not vegetarian, but the best things I did lately are vegetable juices, brown rice, oatmeal, drinking water, but sometimes I still crave pizza, burgers and chocolate.

My juice is broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, spinach sometimes wild cabbage + water and honey.
I drink a huge glass of water in the morning, then I microwave oats with honey and a bit of water, idea came from Jon Fitch.
I also eat mixed nuts with sunflower and pumpking seeds, papaya and kiwi.
All this actually gave a lot of stamina,I lost 3 kg really fast, which I gained later with junk food.:D
