Hi everyone, i ve been using beta blockers for about 2 years, it covers my symptoms and makes me relaxed that pat is ok. And i know it s not the main treatment, it does not cure me.Now i m healing and i wanna stop beta blockers but trying to give it up causes some reflex symptoms like tachycardia. I think i gotta decrese the dose first.
Is there anyone had some kind of experiment to share with me?

You might wanna ask your doctor and/or google a bit?

Haven't experimented with this, so hopefully other people will know more...

Just wanted to say magnesium is a natural beta blocker, you might wanna read on it and find foods with magnesium that you could implement in your nutrition plan easily (ideally stuff you like)

Decreasing slowly comes to mind.. and maybe upping on the foods with magnesium and decreasing magnesium antagonists?

I tried stopping once and have forgotten to take them a few times, I hate the anxious feeling I get, which is basically how I used to always be, so I think I'll just stay on them
