The sun is shining outside

How horrible is this? I have social phobea and it's 25 celsius degrees outside. I really want to be outside enjoying the weather, but I don't really have anyone to be with

Anyone in the same situation? What do you do....?

I like to go out driving through the country side.

Earlier today I also parked up on a back road with a nice view and just read a book for 30 mins. It was actually really nice, and I plan on going to a popular reservoir tomorrow maybe, to do the same thing.

I like to jog too, usually about 2.5 mile routes, but only when the sun is lower in the sky (too hot in the middle of the day, and no shade!)

It´s really hard to do things without anyone by your side, isn´t it?

I know that feeling very well, and it becomes even worse when there´s a specially beautiful day. But if you really want to enjoy the sun, and you should because how exposed to sunlight we are has a direct impact on our mood, you can always go out
and walk. Just walk without a clear aim, without trying to get out somewhere.
Walking for the sake of being outside, until you want to stop.

It may not be the best solution, but at least it´s something that may help you to feel a little better. In my case it is something I have to do, since my room is located in such a place that it receives little to no sunlight at all.

Hope it helps you even if only a little bit :)

Dittos on driving in the countryside. Wear my sunshades, open the sunroof of my car and just drive for ages! Best feeling ever...

But if you don't have a car, just go for a walk/jog in your neighbourhood without a clear aim. That usually does it for me too
