The Most Dangerous Thing

The Most Dangerous thing for a person is to think
his/her cowardly thought unbeatable.

Because, when he/she think so, he/she will give up
fighting against the cowardly thought. This
thought may go into the cycles of the positive feedback
process. Through every cycle of the process, the
cowardly thought is strengthened further, and becomes
more harmful to the person. Then, it may lead to
the person’s anxiety.

For more detained explanation and strategies to
fight against the cowardly thought, you can read

Useful point, thank you. I think this is right. But - what if the problem isn´t just going to see a movie, but something really risky like hitch hiking, jumping from height or traveling into dangerous place, sleeping alone in the wood etc.? Is it cowardly not to go for it or is irresponsible and hazardous to do it?

sicne I've dealt with this since like middle school and I'm 20 now. I think I just recently gave up without noticing about a year ago. I don't try to fix anything becuase it seems useless. It seems like I've tried everything, coucnelling, doctors, medication, etc....nothing so I haven't tried at all, my parents are upset becuase they know I gave up but I tell them, if someone can point me in the right direction I would take the step but I don't know where to go or to turn....seems like I'm walking in circles so I jsut laid down for the moment atleast, til I die or I figure it out
