-Drinking mostly decaf diet sodas and coffee drinks
-Lowering my sodium intake
-Eating most things in either low fat or non-fat
-Doing sit-ups nearly every night
-Eating more fruits and veggies (so much that I get cravings now)

I want to try eating more organic food and such. Supposedly it's better for anxiety, because apparently the chemicals they use in preservatives and insecticides on regular foods have something in them that increases anxiety levels.

I have been eating spinach and broccoli practically everyday since the last 2 or 3 years,95% of my liquid intake is water,I did this,by drinking a lot of water,if you think of drinking something else just go and drink water,it will became easy in time,but in the weekends I drink something else that I like,in the last year or so I eat brown rice+quinoa almost every day,this was the most significant change for me.
