Only SLIGHTLY off topic, but how come virtually everybody from the Netherlands speaks such great English?? When I was in Amsterdam, this kid of about 10 came up to me and said something in Dutch. When I replied in English that I didn't understand, he said in perfect accentless English, "excuse me, do you have change for this coin please?"

I was like . Amazing stuff.

3. They have a ton of American/English tourists
