talking a walk/jog

do people here do it? I'm afraid to even take a walk out for fresh air, for fear of looking like a loser, or not knowing wtf I'm doing.

I've recently started walking alot (although I have slacked off this week) and I only go at night. I do get afraid and anxious all the time while doing it (like I even feel uncomfortable walking in front of another car even at a stop light) but it does feel great. Just find a route that you get comfortable with and you'll definitely enjoy it and you'll wish you'd done it sooner :)

i get anxiety attacks the moment i step out of my home. so taking a walk is very difficult for me, unless i do it in some huge nature park where theres very few people around.

I love to walk.. :)
We have a beautiful park here :) So sometimes I love to.
But about jogging, for some kind of reason I feel awkward when i'm running on the street while people are walking by... Then I'm ashamed and i run like an idiot.. :(
so I don't feel really comfortable to jog... I prefer walking :)
although i love jogging .. lol :p

Well.. I only walk if I have to. And when I do so, I feel that everybody is looking at me. So I don't like it. It feels very stressfull. I also bought a bicycle but I do not have the courage to use it outdoors!!

it is hard for me to walk sometimes but as soon as you get out and do it you'll feel better, I know this too and still have a hard time but it's either that or sit inside and get no progress done, you just gotta think, you might as well do it, the worse that can happen is somebody yells at you from there car or something. If you don't you will sit inside thinkin damn, I wish I could do that.
