Stolen hair!!!

I have the haircut from hell!!!! :x

I just went to get my hair trimmed, it was a bit past my shoulders, I specifically said TRIM IT, not CUT IT, but she kept saying I would look way better with short hair, and I kept saying NO, so she grabbed it and cut it off......now it's EAR LENGTH!!! And to make matters worse she grabbed more and gave me a short fringe, which I really really did not want, and told her I did not want.......It looks really bad, and I can't do anything with it because it's so short now, and to make matters worse, the lesbian lady sitting next to me kept telling me I looked like a sweet little 12 year old, and she hoped I didn't think she was hitting on me.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry, I look like a boy or a psycho Shirley Temple or a bad 1950's housewife, all I need is the green house dress and bright orange tupperware

well first dont ever go back to that salon again. You asked for a service and you shouldn't pay if some1 treats you like that when you are PAYING them for a service.

I wouldnt worry about your hair, it will grow back in time, and your probably so angry and upset by what happend that your imagining your hair looks alot worse than it probably does.

Just dont go back there...people like that drive me nuts :evil:

awww Emma...that sucks...why is it the hairdressers impose their own ideas onto our heads??? :evil: ..i've had the same long hairstyle for a few years and my sister..who does my hair..keeps saying.."let's cut it off, try this or try that"..it kind of annoys me..but..i think you at least deserve your money back if you are unhappy with the cut...and i know you've probably heard it before a million times..but at least it is just temporary and it'll grow back..but in the meantime, the "psycho Shirley Temple" look sounds intriguing :wink:

Yeah, I hate when that happens. I mean, it's just a haircut, but you still have to sport it everywhere for the next few weeks.

A couple months back my sideburns were getting a little long, so I figured I'd save some money and get out the buzzer at home. Well, I trimmed the things neatly enough, but my hand slipped and I took a chunk of hair off the side of my head, with the result that I had a bald patch about three inches across. My first thought was "wear a cap" but I didn't have one, so I actually bandaged the side of my head to cover it up and went out and bought one. The girl in the store's like "what happened to you?!" so of course I'm totally embarrassed - the best I could manage was some mumbled bullshit about a dog bite. It only occured to me afterwards that a bald patch is probably more socially acceptable than a frankenstein-type bandage on the side of your head.

Short hair can look very attractive. Just try a few, I'm sure you'll find one that you'll like.

i know the same thing happened 2 me! i was tryin so hard 2 grow it out and told her 2 just trim it. but she said itd look good short,, i thought she was just sayin it ya kkno? not saying she was gonna cut it short so when she turned my chair iy was 2 my chin :[ i had 2 get outta there quick cuz my eyes were watering up lol idk y we get so attached 2 our hair but i do.
