Does anyone else here love playing sports?

Nothing relieves stress more than pushing your limit, trying to win a squash game or jogging in the park nearby, getting that runner's high...or just that feeling of accomplishment after you leave the gym.

I think it's really the only thing really keeping my negative emotions at bay.

I love the sports part of sports, it's just finding people to play with that gets me. I mean tennis, soccer, basketball, ultimate, anything that gets me moving is awesome. Unfortunately I can't do those things by myself so I don't get to do them very often.::(:

yea im into weight lifting , after a workout i feel great , on top of the world , also i like to well not run , but jog along the beach , or ifs its raining i have a running machine indoors , i do it evrey second day , if i dont do it i get really fed up , for me its a fantastic stress buster ;) with the proper diet it really does help with anxiety , well works for me anyways :)
