Spooky... or explainable?

The death of Elisa Lam.

At the end of the video, that was the last time Elisa was seen alive.
She was found many days later naked, her clothes floating next to her. She was inside the hotels water tank on the roof.
No drugs or alcohol where found in her system in the autopsy. She showed no signs of physical trauma.

After watching the video what do you think; was she a girl who's bi-polar or schizophrenia flared and explains her strange behaviour in the video before she disappeared?

Or was there something more sinister at play?.. creepy perhaps?

from wikipedia - "Lam also had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and depression. She had been prescribed four drugs—Wellbutrin, Lamictal, Seroquel and Effexor......and traces of her prescription medication were found, consistent with blister packs and loose pills of those drugs found among her belongings, along with some nonprescription drugs such as Sinutab and ibuprofen" so she may have been affected in some way and this explains her behaviour in the video. I think she has either climbed into the water tank herself or been killed and hidden in there. It's very odd that when the elevator door finally closes, it jumps as if it has been edited; the door should close smoothly - this needs explaining

yea I thought that was a bit weird as well. But the way she was acting makes me think she was having an episode of some form of mental illness. I don't want to consider the alternative.. way too freaky lol :)

I actually spent a lot of time looking into this story...hrs I must confess. I think this was all a plot for the movie they are trying to make. The first movie was really sick and scary...too many things going on to copy it like the clothes she was wearing etc.. Also note they are trying all kinds of new gimmicks to get people to go watch a new movie. The one with that actor having that fling with the younger Irish girl then they come out with the movie in the next few days with the same plot-total BS (I cannot think of his name..)

It is curious that in the national news here they mentioned Richard Ramirez, the serial killer, was a Satan worshiper who lived there. Like they were pointing to it be a satanic sacrifice which I actually believe since it's Hellywood and they do that there all of the time.

Also curious was the girl who seemed made up to me. It is easy to make stuff up and make fake blogs and Photoshop photos etc... She didn't make any sense to me as a real person. For example she liked David Fincher movies, quoting Chuck Palahniuk, but she's this sweet like Asian girl.(Oh wait that's easy to explain with the bipolar part-that explains everything right?) Or that she would go to such a horrible place by herself. If she was real, then she was lured there to play a part in a sick scheme.

I have watched that on Seriously Strange (Rob Dyke's youtube show) before. It is pretty mysterious. I think she probably had a weird reaction (hallucinations/paranoia) to her meds as the way she was moving was not normal. No idea how she ended up in a water tank though, she was coherent enough to walk around, push elevator buttons, etc. Plus the water tanks were up high and I think through a locked door or something was the only way to get there. And the lid was covered. Pretty hard to remove the lid, climb into the water tank, then put the lid back over on top...

Yea I agree. Thats the weird thing, she had no access to the water tank...

Apparently the fire escape allows access to the roof and there's a ladder to the top of the small building next to the tanks from which she could have jumped or climbed down. The lids to the tanks look quiet small and not impossible to handle, she may have propped it open at 90 degrees and it fell closed later, or she left it open and someone else saw it open and closed it, or she may have simply slipped in with the lid partly opened

This page has an interesting link to a youtube vid (not english) where the investigator walks the route. He also shows that the elevator doors don't close unless the button to close them is pushed
