Have to work today and really depressed about it. The holidays just makes more crowds come. There are some nice people, but some are really mean to me. For example, this lady asked about the peppermint creamer which we were out of but we had like five other flavors. And I checked again just to make sure and I tell her. She's like what am I going to do! And starts going on and on. I suggest putting a candy cane in her coffee and she ignores me and walks away. Also sometimes if i'm already helping someone, someone else will just cut through the other person because they think their question is way more important and it never is. I hate it so much ::

I know this is kinda wrong to do since all these stores 'rival' over customers, but maybe if you meet a customer who wants something you currently don't have in stock -- you could whisper to them another place you think may have it. I know there's a chance you'd get in trouble for that, but hey, it may make people less peeved around the holidays.

People get crazy for that Peppermint Creamer-I know cuz I like it a lot too, LoL... but yeah "Hell is other people" particularity around the holidays when everyone is sooo busy busy busy blah
