I came across this other Social Anxiety website recently, which offers really good advice for people in our situation. www.social-anxiety.org.uk it is UK based, and they arrange meets etc. It is worth checking out anyway. It seems silly to have lots of little websites on the same thing. If any of you are interested in a meet check out the forums - worth a try isnt it?
