I'm trying a new approach here it calls T.L.C (THERAPY LIFE CHANGE) and as bases mainly in the follow things:
▶ Exercise for 30 minutes a day.
▶ Get 15-30 minutes of sunlight each morning in the summer. In the winter, consider using a lightbox.
▶ Get eight hours of sleep
▶ Take 1,500mg of omega-3 daily (in the form of fish oil capsules), with a multivitamin and 500mg vitamin C.
▶ Don't dwell on negative thoughts – instead of ruminating start an activity; even conversation counts.
▶ Be sociable.
The are the easy ones ( first 4 ) .... and the other last 2 (hardest)!!
All this 6 much seem much a cliche but who really make them all? or some?
I'm being doing specially 3: exercice, get sun and sleep well! I can't say i'm cure but i feel my mood much better lately : )
I agree, 3 years ago I went for a brain spect scan, the results showed anxiety and depression... the neurologist told me about omega, multivitamin, vitamin c and vitamin e, exercise (cardio), sleep 8 hours... Also medication is needed... for someone who suffers from social anxiety.
