so jealous

Hi there,

I am really struggling today. I slept all day, woke up at 2 pm. anyways:
Someone I know online told me that she's having friends over, i'm so jealous. why don't i have those parties ?

I rarely see anyone. And I don't have much people to see. I have almost nobody.

I sometimes think why can't I just die? But ofc I won't because I'm not gonna leave my dear family. But anyways: I am so jealous. how should i cope? and How can i get what she has?

yes...i'm wondering if there is a way out..

Just forcing yourself out there I guess, I've started inviting the few ppl I got along with in the past out, everyone already has their own circle of friends, everyone is busy with their lives and don't have time for ppl they already lost touch with anyway.
Moving somewhere starting fresh is a good start. Going to a gym must be a good start, i should be doing this.

yeah the gym is a good idea. i just feel so watched when im training in the gym, the step is so big. spinning (cycling) isn't that hard though, but doing weights and stuff, when the trainer looks, i get scared. but i really want to do weight gym as well. :/

yeah gym would be a good idea also for you, they say it creates endorfins which is a good feeling .

oh thats nice that you invited people from out the past !!!! thats very brave. verrrry good! be proud of yourself <3

Yes, sometimes I feel jealous that other people get invited to weddings, parties, events, etc. I have this friend who gets invited to at least 2 weddings, and I'm like "wow". But, I'm unemployed so it's not like I have money to attend any weddings.

We have to learn how to adapt to our circumstances. It's important to appreciate what we have already instead of envying what other people have.
