Well, either cover it up (tattoo, make up, long shirts or whatever) or live with your decisions. There is no other way. I guess in some cases some dermatologists can try to improve the state of your skin, but that is not only very expensive and somewhat risky, but also makes no sense whatsoever if you are still cutting yourself anyway.
