I agree. I said that a lot around here on prior threads but then someone said he did it for years and did not help. He did stop doing it though.

So far, exercise has been great for me not only on the physical aspect but also internally, it gives me this awesome natural rush which makes me feel great throughout the day.
I find it increasingly harder to stay motivated though. Sometimes I say to myself "Whats the point.." and just stop.

Any suggestions?

Exercising is great. Same as doing different hobbies. Simple enough, but I understand just having the motivation sometimes is hard enough.
