Ah too bad! That was a Catcher in the Rye quote, btw. Holden yells that as he's leaving school. Ever since I read it, I've wished there would be a reason for me to yell that! I haven't found one yet though, sadly. ;-)

I would just og in and get it over with. Just say what made you want to leave in a respectful way.
I had the exit interview and my personal opinion is that companies should figure out why you are unhapy before you leave. I expressed my concerns with this job on why I am not happy and its just being asked all over again.
