I already told him, all u do is delete the text you dont want inclued...simple.

The rep changes if people give you reputation when some posts a message you can click to add rep.If you want to you can also write somthing so they know its you or whatever.
The more people who rep you,the more it goes up.As for being a mod,its all down to the webmaster really,but if somone wanted to be a mod they could ask the current mods.Mod's just delete spammers,deal with any rule breaks the normal stuff
Easy work on a forum where everone is nice and pretty calm 99.9% of the time
As for titles I have no idea,I think us mods are ment to be able to do that,I want to be "Mini Mod"

Mod selection is usually us guys huddling together in the mods forum, picking out someone we see post as level headed and not too sensitive, also someone without a history of trouble causing or sniping other members.
We then usually ask these people, most of the time they don't feel up to it.
finally we get the webmaster to OK it ( which can take a while :/ )
