Puplic Urination

So like, I have a problem taking a piss in public. I don't mean so much in a stall, by myself....but where there are other people in the bathroom, I have a lot of difficulty getting even a trickle. I go up to the urinal, pull it out, and then another dude will come by and I can't go to save my life. I had to take a drug test a month ago and they have a dude stand right next to you. I had to drink my weight in water and literally FORCE this piss.

So I am asking, do any of you other guys deal with this? How should I get over this? I took the drug test for the military enlistment process, so pretty soon I will be forced to take pisses next to plenty of other dudes. I just wish this was enough to SCARE the piss out of me. Excuse the pun.

I have this exact same problem with SBS. I cant use public bathrooms and sometimes i cant use the bathroom at family or friends places. Its really annoying and embarrassing.

Unfortunately i dont really have any advice for you in terms of how to deal with it >.<. Ive sort of worked my life to work around this problem, like i dont drink much at all when im out, if i am out i know where the closest "safe" bathrooms are, IE one locking door, or i just never venture far from home.

It can have further reaching consequences than simple daily life being impacted though, if things back up too much you get kidney damage, ive already have several kidney stones because of this.

Im planning to try to seek therapy for this. ill keep you posted on how it goes.

not sure about the other branches, but in Marine Corps boot camp, you don't get to choose when you go to the bathroom - the drill instructors tell you when to go, and you're usually standing shoulder to shoulder with 60 other guys

while this may sound scary, it may work to your advantage - when they finally let you go, you won't be able to hold it in anymore. you'll eigher gradually get used to it, or get really good at holding it in all day until you're able to go privately at night.

by the end of the three months, peeing in public will become second nature

think of it as therapy
